this might sound small, but this is a program that has plagued my browser for years so I imagine it has plagued the browers of many webmasters who constantly right click and SAVE AS. It was a small tip but very useful in my opinion.

4. What I am working on now
I don't give away all my secrets since I have to eat as well. But I did give you the keeys to the car. I wrote about blogs, google ads words, and url poppers. Last month and the month before I did $7000 with url poppers. I do not wish to say how...but I am telling you what my focus for money making is. Next weeks issuue is already looking to be excellent since it is all about BLOGS, a topic I love since blogs are awesome at casting a search engine net. 3-4 pro level bloggers write me each week. Some of these guys do $10k-$20 a year from their bog traffic and that figure is growing. This month in Google Ad words I was up $400 at one point in net profit for almost no work. That has shrunk as I have submitted too many campaigns and done too much testing and how have to alter things for pure net and less gross. I will not tell you words I am working on because it will lead to heavy ad words competition in those niches. I know I didn't spell it out in black in white....but there are the mine shafts I hunt for gold on and VERY few webmasters hunt in these locations. If you wanted fresh ideas...that was the post.

I TRY TO GET HOMERS EACH WEEK
I would love to have the deepest, best trix each and every week. That just won't happen. There is an ebb and flow of information. Do you like every track on your favorite bands CD? Do you like every CD from your favorite band? I try to do my best each week with items that are both interesting and entertaining. The last two weeks were the holidays followed by the Vegas show. This means I get less emails from webmasters. My weekly emails from webmasters have a lot do do with my level of content. The more people write me with ideas and debates, the more items I have to talk about. There are also weeks were I only get private emails where webmasters say "do not add this to the newsletter" and that reduces content temporarily.

I can't always hit home runs, but I do try my best to provide consistant content, entertaining tidbits and gems of wisdom. I'll agree that last week's newsletter was not sizzling hot, but I believe this year's newsletters overall have been thick with good stuff. I already am peeing myself about today's newsletter because it is BLOG BLOG BLOG! And there is no simpler, but effective way to make text content websites that get into the search engines.

SECRETS OF AN ADWORDS MAN from Guru-O-Gif
Stephanie has has cracked the whip and kicked my ass. LOL I better get out the fake meat and potatos! Here is exactly how I play Google AdWords. I have struggled for months with PPC and then started to find some gold in the last few weeks :) I can't tell you exactly WHERE I dig for ore, but I can tell you HOW I find it. This game might not let you retire to the south of France, but it is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. These techniques should work on most PPC engines.

I can usually come up with 500 - 2000 words in an hour with this method. Here are some additionl ad word tips

1. you usually have to add the term "affiliate" in your description if you are an affiliate

2. you cannot send to a site with popups

3. do not repeat words or they block the ad.

4. Excessive capitalization and punctuation and they will block

5. I have good luck when I use words like mpeg video or movie in the title

6. I like to always have a girls name in the description

By the way...did you notice that click rate on the campaign that is working for me? 2.6% and that is why I keep bla bla bla-ing about text ads and their great click rates.

7. I have tried high bidding and low bidding. Currently I've had more successful using mega lists and 5c-7c low bidding.

Steph, I hope there is enough fake-meat and potatos in here for you =D I gotta get back to fucking work and make some money now! I am 3 hours behind today LOL Now if you have never tried adwords or overture, you might give it a whirl. It is not easy to start and there is a learning curve, but you can dial it in overtime.

GETTING THE CLICK THRUS WITH GOOGLE ADWORDS from Dan

I followed the advice you gave on Google Adwords a few weeks ago and rewrote
some of my ad headlines to use the "How To" phrase... my clickthroughs went
from about .6% to up to 2%!

I'm also experimenting with the phrase "You Can"... It's working pretty
well, too, with clickthrough up to 2.6%. My best ad uses "You Can ...",
"Free Information", "Learn how to ...", and "Ask us your questions." and it
does 2.6%.

It is a gigantic search engine fishing net. You end up creating content faster than you ever could by hand.

BLOG TIPS
You must enjoy what you are writing about, otherwise your stories will be dull and you wont want to write. Blogging works if you do it relentlessly every day. Pick a niche or topic you like and write. I could not write about shoe fetishes...it is not my fetish...I could write my lips off about MILFs...that is interesting to me =D

Your blog has to save your output s html. Do not have dynamic output. If you are using php, use the tricks that make it appear like html to the engines. You have to get your blog inhaled by the engines....key key key.

The engine I want hits from is "google". Google simply dominates search at this time. One thing I know for a fact is that google puts heavy emphasis on the document "TITLE". Yes, the thing up in the blue bar area on the top left of IE. If you can words in the title in the body of he document, even better. Blog software is generally very flexible. I just spent an hour tweaking mine to do the following

1. place the post subject at the archive page TITLE
2. place the post subject as the subject lower on the page
3. place the subject one more time at the very end of the post to cap it all off

1 and 2 are good...not sure if 3 is needed or necessary. Here is an example archive page from my gamer blog archive

sponsors. Since most of the news on the site is about
celebrities I get my best money from celebrity porn
sites. Mostly, though, I use it as a base for my other
site, www.weirdco.com, where I sell Hello Kitty and
Mickey Mouse Vibrators and other things.

Around the borders of the actual news articles I have
banners and traditional ads. I'm really trying to make
a community where people can talk about sex. A
combination of slashdot and nerve.com. A watercooler
where sexual harrasment is encouraged.

At first I used postnuke as my content system. While
it allowed a lot of features like counting banner
clicks and rotation, plus ease of use for more ads
around the edges of the page it had a few drawbacks.
It was unstable under heavy traffic. The mysql
database got fux0red when there was too much traffic.
Also, the pages were in .php. So while the first page
was indexed by google none of the others were. I don't
like blogger because it didn't allow people to discuss
the articles posted. I also want to set it up so that
anyone I trust can write theire own articles and
submit it for me. That way other people do the work
and write my content.

So now I use moveable type. The pages are in .html and
it doesn't hit the mysql database as hard. It's not
free for commercial sites, though. You'll have to look
around to find the right content management system for
you, though.

The point isn't getting a lot of hits. I used to do
TGP's and once got a hundred thousand hits in a day,
but no sign ups. This gets me about 30,000 hits a
month, but a higher sign up ratio. I've only been in
this biz for about a year so I'm still learning what
works and what doesn't. I tend to do better with
internet retail and use my blog to direct people to my
retail site. Others may do better with sign ups or
getting paid per click through.

The thing you have to remember is that search engine
traffic is fresh traffic. So they fall for the newbie
tricks like dialers more than the experienced surfer
does.

BTW, I get some of my news from this newsletter. The
big stories are here months before they hit the blogs
like www.metafilter.com or www.boingboing.com.

Go out and look around at some of the blog sites. Go
to the dmoz blog category. 90% of the blogs have the
same stories. One site, say memepool.com carries a
story and a thousand wannabees carry the same story.
There is a very closeknit blog community, so be
careful not to piss these people off. They have been
known to retaliate against people by posting home
phone numbers all over the net. They're also the the
ones that really made googlebombing work.

better than the hassle of trying to get the database
up and running. I can handle a perl script but
databases are something I'm just now learning. I
think it can be done without a database. Seems like
the install instructions said something about that.

Dude get the fuck off Greymatter. It's cruuuusty! MT owns the planet. I have
written umpteen articles about the merits of different blogging software. I
should dig my comparison up and send it over. You are a Sims addict man. I think
there are self-help groups for that :-) And when I'm not swamped with work I'll
give you a run at the most posts in a day. I did 120 in one week once. Blogging
is completely addictive I agree but a hell of a lot of fun. What I fear is a lot
of porn folks making tons and tons of fake blogs and fucking up the show. I've
seen a few come through and try and use blogrolling. There are girls that do it
that are pretty honest and still make a LOT of money for not knowing the biz.

Here are some of my personal account stats for january. I tend to send traffic to 8 of the niches, where with sexswap traffic I prefer to send to 1-2 of the niches.

Now it all depends on the type of traffic you have. For barebone, generic porn traffic, where you are stuck on a desert island and can only choose one niche, 99 times out of 100 I would send that traffic to Big Naturals. The big two targets for me are Big Naturals and MILFhunter. Those just consistantly are surperb. Now if you have spicier traffic, tranny can be very very good with some streams. Tranny is HOT. If I had to pick one to follow behind BIG and MILF, it would be CUMfiesta. I then use the other niches for specific traffic and then all do about the same. As a niche gets more specific, it is harder to find large volumes of traffic for it.

I have been using nasty dollars for the last 13 months and am very pleased with the quality of the sites and the level of customer service. If you are looking for a new affiliate to test, I suggest you give nasty and 3 - 7 day test run and I think you will be pleased with your results. =)
