Once again it is a "large and turbo-charged" version of sexswap news.
There are stories all over the board this week forn DNS tricks, to fun ways of
stopping picture theft, to a cool like site that Craig sent in that tells when
the google spiders start dancing. One thing that has been on the mind of me,
Dixie and Legendary Lars, is the recent increase of news in obsenity trial. One
for a woman having sex with multiple partners and selling her videos, one for a
woman who had 14 dildos in her car, and one just in today for a fake snuff film
maker north of the border. This is a disturbing trend. We must be allowed to

Hey! before I forget...do you watch the Osbournes? It just started season 2 and
it is freaking amazing! I look forward to it like Sopranos. season2 show No.1
got a huge 6.6 million viewership. The best way to describe the show would
be "the real life Adam's Family". ast weeks show, Ozzy got invited to meet the
president. This room was PACKED with billionaires, movie stars (harisson ford,
coney chung etc), kings and queens. President Bush gets up and starts to
speak..."Tonight in our audience we have business and women, movie stars,
politicians, and "Ozzy Osbourne". The crowd went wild!!! hee hee haaa. Ozzy was

To me, hits is a very vague term sometimes used to
mean refferals as in "search engine hits" but usually
meaning the number of files transfered. Files
transferred is not meaningful as a measure of traffic,
just how much load your webserver has. But since it is
the easy to count files, people have been confusing
hits and visitors since day one.

As an example, I have a domain which is showing 113971
hits, 80405 pages, 17958 visits and 11517 unique
visitors so far for this month. I get these numbers
from AWStats which is run on my logfiles daily.

So if someone says their website gets 1 million "hits"
I usually think they don't know what they are talking
about. But if they say they get 100,000 visitors or
50,000 uniques, then they are speaking from some
understanding.

around the net & see what you are doing. ...seems these beacons pretty
much work like cookies i think.

Here's an easy way to setup your DNS entry for 3rd level wildcards -- like
you mentioned in DNS RECORD - PRO-LEVEL

Ever since domain registrars became deregulated, I started using
DirectNIC -- as I'm sure many people have. Maybe a year or so ago,
DirectNIC started offering DirectDNS service, which was a perfect fit for
me. My ISP was charging a ridiculous fee of like $20/domain per month for
handling the DNS service. I could have easily setup BIND on my machine to

handle DNS internally, but I don't like to use an extra resources if I don't
have to... so I really like to keep the DNS on an outside machine totally.

So long story short.. I chose to try out the DirectDNS service for a mere
$5.00/yr -- and love it. If you change ISP's or whatever, you can easily
login to your DirectNIC account and just plug in your new IP address, and
voila... within the next DNS update your domain will be pointing to the new
IP. But aside from that, by default the DirectDNS service handles all
request to *.domain.com So you can have gofuckyourself.domain.com or
yahoo.domain.com or whatever, and all requests will hit the default IP.
And.... it also handles MX mail records very simply too.

Just a little tidbit for the not-so-tech savvy webmaster, but easy enough
for everybody to do :)

PICTURE HYJACKING from Aimee
Aimee wrote me since someone is hyjacking her pics and using them on their
site. This is gif or bandwidth hyjacking. There are a few ways to fix this
well this is not too bad of a problem and there are a few things you can do

BEST WAY - APACHE REWRITE MAGIC
This have come up a few times in the past, but you can get your programmer or
ISP to add some apache tricks to your server and then no one can call an image
from any place except your server. This is standard practice and most sites
now. I don't know exactly how to do it but most programmers and ISPs know how
to make the rewrite mod.

FUN WAYS =)
if you want a fast way when you don't have many pictures to watch over, these
are some of the ways I occasionally do it, if only for personal amusement

1. MAKE NEW GIF JPG WITH MANY FOUR LETTER WORDS
if a person is stealing an image off your site, make a new image with that
exact same name. On this image write "I am a fuckin thieving CROOK" and put
that new gif in its place. Rename your own good picture and adust your own html
accordingly. Then go to his site and see how your stolen gif looks :)

2. MAKE A REAL BIG GIF JPG AD FOR YOUR SITE
if he does no have width and height tags, then it can be a lot more fun. I
generally like to use a 1600x1200 full page image ads, advertising my site.
Sure it costs a little more in bandwidth, but it is fun and amusing.

3. RENAME YOUR IMAGE
if you just want to stop the leak without the silly fun, rename your image and
html and the crook's site will get an X out.

timers) not to steal other people's hard work...could result in legal action
(like we've done), their name being feces in the industry, people telling
others (and they tell two friends, and they tell two friends, etc., or someone
like me might just snap and fly to their home under the bridge and beat the
crap out of them :) plus it's so easy to type in keywords to catch people...i
just type in some phrase on one of our pages that should result in just a few
links in a search engine and boom...there's the thief's link for me to find.
our pics can be easy to find sometimes, since thieves aren't usually bright
enough to change the unique graphic names that our pics have......you're right
though....little johnny webmaster (teehee, i stole that from you :) should
already know that stealing is wrong.

clock or watch that you use is the little one in the bottom right corner of

THE MONTY HALL PARADOX
here is a little math problem that caused violent debate. When Monty Hall shows
you the donkey behind door number 2 are you better off keeping door number 1,
or goig for door number 3? Most people will say that there is no advantage to
switching and this is not true. Switching is almost twice as better. The key to
it all is "Monty knows where the car is". He is not blindly picking doors. If
he did not know where the car was, then sure...it would not matter. I like to
think of the example like this. Say there are a million doors and you pick one.
Monty says, there is no door behind 999,999 door, do you wan to switch? No?
Well there is no car behind 999,998...switch? no? continuing down to 2 doors.
He is leading to the correct door. There is no way in hell you picked the
correct door after a million and at that point you gotta switch. The same is
true with three doors. Read the mathematical explanation and also try it
yourself with some java test examples

I love nastydollars. They design their site front-ends exactly how I would.
These are long flat fronts with plenty of teaser pics. The sites are very easy
to read and even easier to navigate. They use a smalll amount of java and no
flash. They offer the customers free clips of the girls to test. These are all
key elements to getting higher signup rates. When the signup rates are high, we
all make more money on traffic.

Inside the the nasty sites is the exact same design philosophy. They are clean
and very easy to navigate. Essentially there are two things: pictures and
movies. the customer has the very cool option to download an entire series of
one girl, or the entire film of one girl. There are also regular thumbs and
sliced shorter movies. These are all things that make any customer happy. Hey!
I am at MILFhunter every 3 days =) And I am a happy customer. This means that
