REDHAT 8.0 IN MY HOT LITTLE HANDS
Now normally I am a slackware linux zealot, but Craig the programmer has
been bugging me for years now to go back to RedHat. Since he has used my
flavor for years, I figure it is time to return the favor and fiddle with
RedHat once again. Right off the bat, I am upset. This should be called
"Porky Pig Hat". 9 CDs. I hate that. That is crud. No OS should be bigger
than one CD. 9 freaking CDs. How to add confusion to end users. And what is
it with these mini business card CDs? There is one of them in here. For the
last 5 years I have never discovered how to get one of these to
play...instead I use them as kungfu fighting stars. More on redhat 8 as I
find a box available here to toss it on and play with.

3 SECRETS OF THE MODERN PAYSITE
I stumbled across two large hacked paysite password files a few weeks back,
and so I have been cruising sites :) What a motley crew :) I was a little
shocked at the low level of quality of some of the sites. My main
criticisms would have to be
- old content that has not changed since 1998
- seven models total and and no new pics since 1997
- are they hosted on a 28k modem? very very slow bandwidth

I have seen some of the worst paysites and I have also seen some of the
best. Here are 3 PRO-LEVEL things that I love seeing and using at the best
paysites. These HAVE to increase average customer stay.

1. NEW CONTENT WEEKLY
You have to bring the customer new content weekly. Don't bring 1,000,000
once a year, it is far more effective to bring in a few hundred new pics
and movies once a week. There has to be a constant effort to do this
exactly at the same time each week.

2. ZIP FILE OF PICS AND MOVIE
Very few sites do this. If you have a paysite, I suggest you consider it. I
am a surfer. I hate clicking TGP style galleries inside of paysites. What a
slowing and boring way to get pics of babes! The PRO sites have the
clickable galleries, but they ALSO have a zip file right under it and it
says "Click here to download all the pics of Shelly". This is very
convienient for the surfer. I love this feature and I know members do to.
This is the future. Many great sites already do it with both the pics and
the movies.

3. BONUS ACCESS TO OTHER SITES
I am not sure what sites do this, but I know for sure that NastyDollars
does. Some sites do it a different way. Basically, when Nasty Dollars gets
money from a customer upon joining one of the niche sites, when the
customer logs in, he gets treated to a HUGE surprise. Inside the paysite,
pretend it is BigNaturals, at the bottom of the page it says something like
"You now have BONUS access to all our sites" and there is a link to each
and every site in their portfolio. It also shows their USER ID and PASSWORD
so they do not forget it when logging in to the other sites. This is how to
treat a damn customer! You already have his money...no chance in hell he is
going to join your other sites since very few surfers would join two sites
at once....why the hell not give him the keys to the cookie jar. Pretend
you are a customer for a minute...you are scared to give you CC online and
you have debated long and hard on which paysite you want to try. You then
enter your first paysite...and WOW...you get rewarded with this nice gift.
Joe Surfer has to be pleased. Joe Surfer is going to stay WAY LONGER now
having access to 10 pay sites.

Now some adult sites do it on the backend. I disagree with this method but
let me explain it and you can decide for yourself. Some sites wait until
the customer goes to cancel and then they say "Hey! if you do not cancel,
well with give you access to all our sites". I think this works but is a
more negative approach. Think about being the customer for a moment here.
You are probably disgruntled or at least of the mindset that "I am quitting
today" and now someone is trying to talk you out of your mindset which is
hard to do. Feels a little car dealer greasy to me. I think this second
approach is better than nothing, but I think awarding the new customer with
the BONUS ACCESS right from square one is the better approach of the two.

These three 3 secrets of PRO LEVEL paysites, help keep Johnny Q Customer
longer, and help reduce chargebacks.

It's not just an OS thing, it's also hardware based...ie additions right
onto the motherboards.But there's a couple reasons why I see this won't

1) You'll never manage to pass laws to get all motherboard manufacturers

2) All hardware used in the system must be OS-TCPA compliant...haha, fat

certain periods to continue workin on. Example: A software can leaves of

days...Can we say massive privacy violations? It basically means anyone
using this setup will have all software on their system known to the
moderators of this service
