I do - under the guise of a 21 year old girl called Lara - which is why
after 4 months of running my blog I am getting over 200 Search Engine
visitors every day now and rising at about 10-15 searches each and every
day. Helps that I use actual HTML to generate the pages and not PHP or ASP
so everything is indexed by SE's. And the visitors seem to actually enjoy the blog
aspect as they visit about 7-8 pages of the free site before leaving.

Damn straight! Why spend $600 to "maybe" get listed at Yahoo. This week,
daily Yahoo search visits hit about 70 once Google re-spidered me last week.
I think this method leads to long term sustainability of a site and is the
perfect upsell point because the traffic is already qualified.

Isn't this why Amateur sites work(ed) so well! They are real people, not
some cookie cutter blonde. Although they'd probably like to fuck the blonde
more, they can identify with the Amateur because she's real and she's not
out of their reach i.e she's an ordinary person having fun and people want
to be amused as much as they want to get their rocks off.

Blogs build branding! And that's your most valuable commodity. How many XXX
Cumshot sites have you visited? Can you actually remember the name of any of
them? Or did they all blur into one? Could you ever recommend such a site by
word of mouth? No, because they're all the same. A Blog or Amateur site
makes your site stand out from the rest because you have a name and
personality and if you exploit this kind of branding you're going to end up
with a much more loyal visitor base.

I have password sentry which catches the multiple uses of passwords and suspends the user/pass but that doesnt stop the assholes from actually getting the passwords and posting them! 1. the successfull tgp guys I have met submit by hand
they claim it works better and they form a better relationship with the
site

2. you must read and follow the rules EXACTLY for the tgp site
you have to read their rules and even though they say it is optional...add
their banner to the page. every site is strict

3. it takes time
I submitted and the fastest took a week to add me. one never did since I
think many are overwhelmed. you have to try until you find ones you like
that take your submissions.

Now I'm not talking about the crooks who claim they can get you top spots, just the ones like worldsubmit.com who charge a flat fee to submit to multiple engines. Hope you or one of the newsletter members can help me. I just finished designing this site. I load it to my server.. Script errors... no banner in my rotators..hmm what’s up here... So I check all the scripts.. Html looks good to me.. I look at a few of my other sites running these same scripts..Bang .. SAME problem with these too..Ok now I have a real problem.. Something isn’t right with my server..I spend about 4 hours looking thru everything cant find 1 thing wrong here...I have to get away from the computer to think about this... I came back to check something online, but get on from a comp . In my extra bedroom.. While I’m there I check this site.. All scripts are OK and banners are rotating. "What the %$^&*# is going on here". I come back onto my main comp. To check site.. All these problems are back... ok.. Now something must be wrong with this comp. Maybe my browser is screwed up.. Because now if I reload (refresh) any web page... the html / tables are not lining up.. Html really screwed up here.. Hmmm maybe a virus of some kind....

I run mcaffee.. notta all clean.. I go to one of my sites.. And thru the browser check html (view source) what is this?? Every page now has this on top:

Ahhhh ZONEALARM PRO 3.0!!! I just upgraded to vers 3.0 on my main comp. It has an ad blocker setup by default. I shut down the ad blocker all is back to normal... Now for the question. Any way around this.. While doing the search, I see that zonealarm, ie6.0 & xp have ad blockers. Is there any code out there to Kill these ad blockers?? They block popups, scripts, banner rotators. animated gif's....I checked the stats on some of my counters ( Joespc.com - I setup my own counter system with stats ) Looks like ie 5 & 5.5 are still top..

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean get someone to run it? I think you would lose your shirt. The only way to do it is by yourself. They are risky to begin with...you have to run it. If you mean using a site like ibill that sets the whole program up for you....that is usually the best option for newer wemasters since everything is done for you and is safer with recurring billing. Once you have been running for a few years, then you might consider per-sign-up, but you need a bigger wad of cash in the bank and you must be ruthless in your attempts to keep the system free of fraud or you can be robbed blind in a very short amount of time

I think it is...especially in the beginning. The problem most people neglect is CROOKS. Crooks will destroy your program 10 ways from sunday. I have seen a few people get taken down because of inadequate accounting controls. Here is the other point....most people that opening an "affiliate program" will somehow get them traffic and save their site. well th exact same problem occurs...where do you get traffic and get webmasters now to signup for you new program since there are only 5000 affiliate programs to choose from. It is just about as hard as getting Joe Surfer to sign up...maybe a little less hard but not much.

I don't know enough ot them. I would look at ibill. This is the one I see the most often. I do not know of many frely availabe scripts to do it. I don't think I would trust them and would write my own if I were going to try it without a 3rd party biller. There may be great ones available...ask around but be leary.

no. and I am ALWAYS against giving anyone your cash register in any business. It is the most fangerous thing you can do. We used to play foosball at this giant pool hal in Glendale california called something like "James" ...You could even see a movie start or two on a busy Firday night. What always stuck out in my mind was that the owner worked every night and he did one job...work the cash register. When you trust people with your cash register..things can go bad fast.

Well, I have always said...conten or site concept is the easy part. The hard part is "where is my teen site going to get traffic". A site is a site. Maybe one site in a million is so unique that it pulls traffic...but 999,999 need to have traffic driven and pulled to them.
